The Everlasting Flowers Jewelry team is committed to ship your order to you with love and care, absolutely free of charge for all domestic orders. We are delighted to offer you complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders! Simply select your favorite floral pieces of jewelry and we'll handle the rest. Explore, select, and add to your cart knowing that you won't have to worry about any additional shipping fees.

There are no minimum purchase requirements.

Our team will work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any carrier delays that occur during transit. 

RETURN POLICY

We want to ensure that your experience with Everlasting Flowers Jewelry is pleasant and stress-free. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. Please note, an $8.00 non-refundable charge will be deducted from your return amount.

  • If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. 
  • The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition including all packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded. 
  • Sale items are final sale and are not returnable
  • Shipping & Handling charges are nonrefundable. An $8.00 non-refundable shipping charge will be deducted from your return amount.
  • Return your item with a protected courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and USPS) and retain your receipt and tracking information. 
  • We do not offer exchanges unless the item is an authorized manufactured defect, please contact Info@EverlastingFlowersJewelry.com for further questions.
  • We do not accept returns nor offer refunds past 30 days from delivery date.
  • For your security, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
  • EVERLASTING FLOWERS JEWELRYâ„¢ is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

OTHER RETAILER RETURN

Merchandise purchased from outside www.EverlastingFlowersJewelry.com must be Returned / Exchanged to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your return/ exchange according to their policy and procedures. Please note: Items purchased at www.EverlastingFlowersJewelry.com cannot be returned to any department store or specialty store.


REFUNDS

  • Exchanges and Returns may take approximately 15 business days (but not limited to) to process upon receipt of the item and will be subject to shipping and handling charges.
  • Refunded credit back to your account may vary based on terms and conditions of your bank or credit card service provider.Â
