IS SHIPPING FREE?
We offer FREE ground shipping on all domestic U.S. orders. Orders may take approximately 3-5 business days (but not limited to) to be processed upon receipt of order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world but at this time we are only offering shipping on domestic orders within the United States.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from www.EverlastingFlowersJewelry.com. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return the item that you purchased within 30 days for a full refund less any shipping & handling or other charges.
We will accept authentic items for return under all conditions for review and approval which were purchased through www.EverlastingFlowersJewelry.com: Item must be returned in new, unused and in resalable condition including all packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not returnable and will not be refunded. Shipping & Handling charges are nonrefundable.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

DO YOU EXCEPT RETURNS FROM OTHER RETAILERS?
Merchandise purchased from outside www.EverlastingFlowersJewelry.com must be Returned / Exchanged to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your return/ exchange according to their policy and procedures. Please note: Items purchased at www.EverlastingFlowersJewelry.com cannot be returned to any department store or specialty store.
